Bless Sarah’s heart- it was SO cold during her senior session! But looking at the pictures, you can’t even tell! We were completely bundled up with scarves and gloves and shivering, and she still made her cute little dress look fabulous! We were amazed :) Sarah brought along her friend Sheldon (who’s session we’re doing next week!) for the shoot, and she helped Sarah throughout the session! By holding her orange blanket while she was being photographed, and then quickly handing it back to her to bundle up in as we walked from place to place, by encouraging her to think of warmer places as she sat in the 40 degree weather, and anything else Sarah needed! She even suggested that we all run from each location to the next to try warming up a little! It worked for a second, but making our cold limbs run just wasn’t worth it for long :)
Sarah is so hilarious. She kept us laughing the entire time! She has such a witty, laid back sense of humor, and despite the cold, she somehow maintained her good attitude. Towards the end of the session she started to shiver, so she would shiver until we got ready to take the shot, then she would somehow stop shivering altogether and pose perfectly for the shot, then go back to freezing. We all laughed every time :) One thing we loved about her session, that goes so perfectly with Sarah’s personality, is that she brought along an old picture of herself to take a portrait with. So of course we did! She even tried to recreate her younger self’s smile for us, which kept us all laughing the whole time she tried to recreate the cute little grin.
Sarah, we had a blast with you! Thanks for making us laugh and have fun despite the cold and wind! You were great and posed through the cold amazingly! Keep being your awesome self and have a wonderful rest of your senior year!
